Abstract: 교반기를 포함하는 배양조 및 내부에 소수성 다공성 담체를 포함하는 반응조를 연결하여 배양액을 순환시킴으로써 1,3-프로판디올 생산 미생물을 담체에 고정시키고, 고농도의 1,3-프로판디올을 생산하는 미생물 고정화 반복 유가식 배양 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 상기 1,3-프로판디올 생산 방법 및 장치를 이용하면, 담체에 고밀도로 고정된 미생물에 의하여 고농도의 1,3-프로판디올을 생산할 수 있다. 또한, 순수글리세롤 뿐만 아니라 바이오디젤 생산 공정으로부터 발생하는 폐글리세롤을 전처리 없이 사용하여 안정적이고 고농도의 1,3-프로판디올을 생산할 수 있으므로, 공정 간소화 및 경제적 생산을 도모할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for repetitive fed batch culture of microorganism which produces 1,3-propanediol of high concentration is provided. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing 1,3-propanediol comprises a reaction tank which is connected to a culture bath containing a stirrer. The reaction tank contains hydrophobic porous carrier. The culture bath is connected to a glycerol storage. The culture bath is CSTR(continuous-flow stirred-tank reactor) and reaction tank is FBR(fixed bed reactor). A method for producing 1,3-propanediol comprises: a step of injecting a medium, microorganism, and glycerol and stirring; a step of filling hydrophobic porous carrier in the reaction tank; a step of injecting the content of the culture bath; a step of re-injecting the discharged material from the reaction tank; and a step of repeating injection to the culture bath.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供产生高浓度1,3-丙二醇的微生物重复补料分批培养方法。 构成：用于生产1,3-丙二醇的装置包括连接到含有搅拌器的培养槽的反应槽。 反应槽含有疏水多孔载体。 培养浴与甘油储存器连接。 培养槽为CSTR（连续流动搅拌釜反应器），反应槽为FBR（固定床反应器）。 制备1,3-丙二醇的方法包括：注入培养基，微生物和甘油并搅拌的步骤; 在反应罐中填充疏水多孔载体的步骤; 注入培养浴的内容物的步骤; 从反应罐重新注入排出的材料的步骤; 以及重复向培养浴注射的步骤。
