Abstract: 본 발명은 소수성의 섬유사에 환원그래핀산화물(RGO)을 코팅시킴으로써 섬유사의 소수성을 극대화하여 하폐수처리공정의 섬유사 필터 적용시 오염물질 흡착을 억제하고 이를 통해 섬유사 필터의 장시간 사용을 가능하게 하는 환원그래핀산화물이 코팅된 섬유사 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 환원그래핀산화물이 코팅된 섬유사의 제조방법은 소수성의 섬유사를 팽윤시키는 단계와, 그래핀산화물(GO)이 분산된 극성 비양자성 용매에 팽윤된 섬유사를 침지시켜, 상기 팽윤된 섬유사에 그래핀산화물(GO)을 코팅시키는 단계 및 상기 그래핀산화물(GO)을 환원시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a reduced graphene oxide-coated filament that inhibits the adsorption of pollutants when applying a filament filter in a wastewater treatment process, thereby enabling a long-term usage of the filament filter by coating the hydrophobic filament with reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and maximizing the hydrophobicity of the filament; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a reduced graphene oxide-coated filament according to the present invention comprises the steps of: swelling the hydrophobic filament; coating the swollen filament with graphene oxide (GO) by immersing the swollen filament in a polar aprotic solvent having the graphene oxide (GO) dispersed therein; and reducing the graphene oxide (GO).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a reduced graphene oxide coated fiber yarn and a method for manufacturing the same which suppresses adsorption of contaminants when a fiber yarn filter is applied to a wastewater treatment process by maximizing hydrophobicity of the fiber yarn by coating a hydrophobic fiber yarn with reduced graphene oxide (RGO), thereby allowing the fiber yarn filter to be used for a long time.
