    Abstract: PURPOSE: A corrosion-resistance clad plate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve bonding force between a clad metal and a base metal by inserting an intermediate boding material between the clad metal and the base metal. CONSTITUTION: A corrosion-resistance clad plate includes a base metal(3) having a plate shape. The base metal(3) is any one selected from the group consisting of copper, iron, and nickel. A clad metal(1) having a plate shape is stacked on one side of the base metal(3). The clad metal(1) is any one selected from the group consisting of a titanium, vanadium, niobium, and zirconium. A reaction layer(4) is formed at an interfacial surface formed between the base metal(3) and the clad metal(1) in order to bond the base metal(3) to the clad metal(1). An intermediate boding material is inserted between the clad metal(1) and the base metal(3).
