Abstract: 본 발명은 전기분무법(electrospray deposition)을 이용하여 금속지지체 상에 활성이 높은 나노구조의 백금(Pt) 박막을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 에탄올에 백금(Pt) 전구체를 녹여 분무용 전구체 용액을 제조하는 단계(단계 1); 전기 분무장치의 지지체홀더와 노즐 사이에 DC 전압을 인가한 후 상기 단계 1에서 제조된 전구체 용액을 지지체 상에 분사하여 백금박막을 형성하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 단계 2에서 형성된 백금박막을 열처리하는 단계(단계 3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기분무법에 의한 백금박막의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 분무되는 전구체 용액의 양을 조절함으로써 백금박막의 두께의 조절이 용이하며, 대면적의 지지체에 연속적으로 백금박막을 제조할 수 있기 때문에 고가의 백금을 소량 사용하여 활성이 높은 백금박막을 획득할 수 있으며, 광에너지를 전기 또는 화학 에너지로 전환하는 공정이나 폐수 및 정수처리 시스템에서 안정된 환원전극(cathode electrode)으로 사용되는 Pt 전극을 대체하여 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the white gold film using the electric spray method and a white gold film manufactured thereby are provided to form the white god film on supporter without pre-processing. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing the white gold film using the electric spray method includes the step of manufacturing the precursor solution for spraying by melting platinum (Pt) precursor in the ethanol. After the white gold film formation sanctions the DC voltage between the supporter holder(30) and nozzle(12) of the electric spray apparatus, the manufactured precursor solution is sprayed on the supporter maintaining by 100 - 180 °C. The formed white gold film is heat-treated.
