Abstract: 본 명세서에는 미생물을 이용하여 헥사노산을 생산하는 방법으로서, 헥사노산 생산 균주를 배양하는 동안, 배양액에 헥사노산을 추출하는 유기용매를 가하여 헥사노산을 추출하여 배지로부터 제거하는 방법이 개시된다. 상기 방법을 이용하면 탄소원으로서 수크로스를 이용하면서도 고수율로 헥사노산을 생산할 수 있으며 용이하게 회수할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing hexanoic acid using in situ extractive fermentation is provided to produce and easily collect hexanoic acid of high yield using sucrose as a carbon source. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing hexanoic acid using a microorganism comprises the steps of: inoculating hexanoic acid-producing strains to a culture medium and culturing; adding an organic solvent to the culture medium; continuously culturing the strains; and removing the organic solvents and obtaining hexanoic acid.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用原位萃取发酵制备己酸的方法，以蔗糖为碳源生产和容易收集高产率的己酸。 构成：使用微生物制备己酸的方法包括以下步骤：将产酸生产菌株接种到培养基中并培养; 向培养基中加入有机溶剂; 不断培养菌株; 除去有机溶剂并得到己酸。
