Abstract: 본발명은페로브스카이트화합물을첨가제로사용한가스센서용조성물및 제조방법으로서, 상세하게는 SnO계가스센서에있어서희토류금속과전이금속(Mn)으로구성된 Perovskite형산화물 LnMnO에 Ag이온을넣은복합산화물을첨가제로이용한가스센서용조성물및 제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에의한가스센서는감도가향상되고특정전류범위에서민감도가우수하다. 또한센서소재의접착제로서 SiO를사용하고내습제로 CeO를첨가함으로써온도특성, 습도특성, 내구성등에서신뢰도및 안정성이우수한알콜, CO, Alkane 가연성가스센서용조성물및 제조방법을제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce a composition for a gas sensor having an improved sensor sensitivity and excellent humid resistance and reproducibility. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a gas sensor adds a perovskite compound Ln(1-x)AgxMnO3 in which the Ln is a rare earth element such as La, Pr, Nd and Sm and the x has 0.05 to 0.4 of a range, to SnO2 as the basic material of the gas sensor. Therefore, the gas sensor has an improved sensor sensitivity and excellent humid resistance and reproducibility.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种用于产生具有改进的传感器灵敏度和优异的耐湿性和再现性的气体传感器组合物的方法。 构成:用于气体传感器的组合物将Ln是稀土元素如La,Pr,Nd和Sm并且x具有0.05至0.4的范围的钙钛矿化合物Ln(1-x)Ag x MnO 3添加到SnO 2 作为气体传感器的基本材料。 因此,气体传感器具有改进的传感器灵敏度和优异的耐湿性和再现性。
