Abstract: 본 발명은 루버핀 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 지면에 대하여 소정의 각도로 세워져 설치되는 루버핀 열교환기에 있어서, 지면에 가까운 측의 상기 공기 유로의 하단부의 단면적이 일부는 좁아지고 일부는 넓어지도록 지면에 가까운 측의 상기 루버핀의 일부의 하단부를 인접한 루버핀을 향하여 절곡 형성함으로써, 공기 유로의 단면적이 작은 부분에만 물맺힘이 발생하도록 유도하고, 공기 유로의 단면적이 큰 부분에는 물맺힘이 발생되지 않도록 하여, 물맺힘이 발생되지 않는 공기 유로를 통하여 외부의 공기가 압력 강하를 최소화하면서 열교환기 내부로 원활히 유출입됨으로써 루버핀 열교환기의 열교환 효율을 향상시킨 루버핀 열교환기를 제공한다.

Abstract: A louver fin type heat exchanger is provided to form water dew only at a part of an air passage having a small cross section while forming no water dew at a part of the air passage having a large cross section so that external air goes into and out of a heat exchanger through the air passage having no water dew while minimizing a drop in pressure, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger. Two or more plates stand on a ground at a predetermined angle, separately from each other. Louver fins(130) formed in a wave sectional shape are combined with the plates. Spaces between the plates and the louver fins are formed as air passages(140,140'). A partial lower end(130a) of the louver fin close to the ground is bent toward the adjacent louver fin to make a cross section of a lower end of the air passage close to the ground partly narrow and partly wide.
