PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light absorption layer for a solar cell, a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell using the same and the thin-film solar cell using the same are provided to form a light absorption layer on a polymer substrate without the damage to the substrate by sintering a thin film coated on a precursor for a short time. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode(40) is formed on a substrate(50). A light absorption layer(30) is formed on the back electrode. A buffer layer(20) is formed on the light absorption layer. A transparent electrode(10) is formed on the buffer layer. A reflection barrier layer(60) is formed on the transparent electrode.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light absorption layer, a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell using the same, and the thin-film solar cell are provided to produce an environment-friendly product by omitting a selenization process. CONSTITUTION: An alloy particle and a chalcogen element are included in a metal particle. The metal particle is coated on a substrate. The metal particle coated on substrate is light-sintered. The alloy particle is composed of a CuIn1-xGax element. A Se element is included in the metal particle which includes the chalcogen element.
