    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fluorescent nanoprobe for detecting hydrogen peroxide is provided to be quickly embodied by organic base in nanoparticles, and to be used for detecting sulfuric acid in rear time and to be used for cell-imaging in vivo-imaging, chemical analysis, etc. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent nanoprobe for detecting hydrogen peroxide is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A is an electron-accepting substituent selected ester, aldehyde, nitrile, nitrobenzene, sulfonated benzene, indane, babituric acid, and derivatives thereof, an electron-accepting substituent. The fluorescent nanoprobe comprises the sulfonated benzene compound and water. A manufacturing method of the fluorescent nanoprobe comprises: a step of mixing sulfonated benzene compound represented by chemical formula 3 and organic solvent; and a step of obtaining fluoresncent nanoprobe by removing the organic solvent.
