Next, the heat generating reaction product is receives the automatic heating due to heat of reaction while passes through the internal route 25 of a heat generating reactor 26 and heat generating reaction is generated at a contact reaction speed to transmit high temp. heat to the fluid of a heating medium route 45 together with the reaction product of an internal route 25. Thereafter, heat is transmitted to the reaction product preheater 32 through a heat generating product outlet 27 and, herein, the reaction product is subjected to the heat exchange with a heating medium and the heat generating reaction product.
