    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing a reverse osmosis separation membrane which achieves highly improved water transmittance and fouling resistance as well as high level of salt rejection. To this end, the method for preparing a reverse osmosis separation membrane comprises: a middle layer forming step of forming a middle layer on a porous supporter; a first selection layer forming step of dipping the porous supporter on which the middle layer is formed in an organic solvent including first organic monomers to form a first selection layer on the middle layer; and a second selection layer forming step of dipping the porous supporter on which the first selection layer is formed in an organic solvent including second organic monomers to form a second selection layer on the first selection layer, wherein the first and second selection layer forming steps are alternately repeated one time or more.
