Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing an organic/inorganic complex containing an encapsulated inorganic filler which has improved mechanical properties. The process comprises the steps of: combining an inorganic filler encapsulated with an organic monomer, an organic monomer and an additive; pouring the mixture into a mold; curing the molded article. Said organic monomer is selected from stylene, metacrylate, methylmetacrylate, acrylonitryl, vinylacetate, acrylamide, unsaturated polyester, or a mixture of two or more of these monomers.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种制备含有具有改善的机械性能的包封的无机填料的有机/无机配合物的方法。 该方法包括以下步骤：将封装有机单体，有机单体和添加剂的无机填料组合; 将混合物倒入模具中; 固化模塑制品。 所述有机单体选自亚丁基，甲基丙烯酸酯，甲基丙烯酸甲酯，丙烯腈，乙酸乙烯酯，丙烯酰胺，不饱和聚酯或两种或更多种这些单体的混合物。

Abstract: 본 발명은 캡슐화된 무기충전제를 함유하는 유기/무기 복합체 성형물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 캡슐화된 무기충전제, 유기단량체 및 첨가제 등을 배합한 다음 일정한 형상을 갖는 금형에 주입하여 판상 또는 성형물의 형태로 경화시킴으로써 공정이 개선되고 캡슐화된 무기충전제와 유기고분저간의 계면접착력 증대, 고분자 기지내에서 무기충전제의 분산성 향상 및 점도감소효과를 주어 기계적 강도가 우수한 유기/무기 복합체 성형물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
