    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a catalyst for fuel cell is provided to manufacture a catalyst capable of supporting carbon with maintaining a nano-structure capable of improving catalyst activity through one-pot synthesizing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a catalyst comprises a step of manufacturing dispersed solution of carbon support material; and a step of mixing and reacting metal precursor, a surfactant, and reducing agent in one reactor. The carbon support material is carbon black, activated carbon, graphite, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofiber, carbon nanohorns, carbon balls, graphene, or graphene oxide. The metal precursor is metal salt capable of being converted to metal through reduction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A Pt-Pd bimetallic hollow catalyst, a manufacturing method thereof and a fuel cell including the same is provided to have excellent activation for oxygen reduction reaction by adjusting Pd-Pt bimetallic hollow crystals and use for a fuel cell, especially for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Pt-Pd bimetallic hollow catalyst mixes palladium nanocrystal mold and platinum metal precursor in a surfactant solution. A reducing agent is added in the surfactant solution. The reducing agent is ascorbic acid. The surfactant is CTAC. The platinum metal precursor is selected from the group consisting of K2PtCl4, K2PtCl6, H2PtCl4, H2PtCl6, Pt (NH3) 4Cl2 and their mixture.
