Abstract: A micro-particle treatment apparatus comprises: a flow chamber including filter parts and a central part which are respectively connected to each of a plurality of ports for the inflow/outflow of a fluid, wherein the filter parts extend from the central part toward different directions; filter arrays which are respectively provided in the filter parts, and capture micro-particles from the fluid moving from the central part to the port through the filter part; and a flow control part which is connected to each of the ports, and enables the fluid to pass through the filter arrays sequentially by controlling the flow direction of the fluid between the filter parts and the central part.
