Abstract translation: 本发明涉及智能黑匣子系统及其操作方法。 根据本发明的实施例的智能黑盒系统包括：外部成像单元，其捕获前图像; 异常行为检测单元，其从前方图像提取对象，跟踪对象的移动，并检测异常行为; 以及发送模块，其将具有所检测到的异常行为的情况信息发送到具有警告信号的先前注册的用户终端。

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for detecting an obstacle avoiding movement through the detection of a front car moving direction and a driver sight direction, thus inducing safety driving for the driver. The system includes a moving direction detecting part for detecting the moving direction of the front car; a running information acquiring part for acquiring the running information of a car; a sight detecting part for detecting a driver′s sight information; an avoidance sensing part for sensing an obstacle avoiding movement through which an obstacle is avoided, with the moving direction of the front car and the running information; and a warning generating part for generating a warning according to the driver′s sight information if the obstacle avoiding movement is sensed.
