PURPOSE: A substrate for cell adhesion having modified surface and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve cell adhesion about an artificial scaffold for tissue regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for cell adhesion having modified surface is selected from a group consisting of: an inorganic substance including glass, titanium, silicon, aluminum, gold, and the like; a polymer and poiycaprolactone including polydimethylsiloxane, polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, cellulose, silicon rubber, and the like; and polymer nanofiber including Poly(L-lactic acid), poly(lactic-glycol acid), poly(vinylidene fluoride), polyacrylic acid, and the like.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A graphene biomineral hybrid film and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase the viability of osteoblast by cultivating the osteoblast using the graphene biomineral hybrid film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene biomineral hybrid film includes the following steps: carbon dioxide is mixed with a solution containing a graphene oxide and calcium chloride; the mixture is filtered and dried to form a spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate(GO_CaCO_3) baterite; the spherical graphene oxide-calcium carbonate baterite is reduced to manufacture a graphene oxide-calcium carbonate(GOCaCO_3) hybrid film; and the thickness of the graphene oxide-calcium carbonate hybrid film is in a range between 50 and 300um.

본 발명은 퇴행성 신경질환 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 아밀로이드 단백질 침착물이 형성된 고체기판 상에서 퇴행성 신경질환 치료제 후보물질의 존재 하에 신경세포를 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퇴행성 신경질환 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 in vivo 에서 수행하였던 아밀로이드 단백질 침작에 의한 신경질환 치료제의 스크리닝을 고체기판 상에서 경제적이고, 간편하게 수행할 수 있어, 퇴행성 신경질환 치료제개발에 매우 유용하다. 아밀로이드 단백질, 알츠하이머, 헌팅톤, 프리온, 광우병, 신약개발

PURPOSE: A polymer coating substrate-hydroxyapatite composite having a catechol radical, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent adhesive property of the composite for any kind of substrates to users . CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polymer coating substrate-hydroxyapatite composite having a catechol radical comprises the following steps: coating the surface of a substrate using a polymer having the catechol radical; and forming a hydroxyapatite layer on the substrate. The polymer having the catechol radical is selected from the group consisting of polydopamine, poly(norepinephrine), PEG-catechol, and PEI-catechol.
