Abstract: PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly graphene sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process, to reduce manufacturing hours and costs, and to have an environmentally-friendly manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an environmentally-friendly graphene sheet comprises the following: a step of preparing a mixture of oxidation graphite and a foaming agent or a mixture of the oxidation graphite, the foaming agent, and a metal precursor, where a metal precursor includes palladium(Pd), platinum(Pt), nickel(Ni), cobalt(Co), iron(Fe) or a combination thereof, and the added amount of the precursor is 1-500 parts by weight to the oxidation graphite of 100 parts by weight; a step of irradiating micro waves onto the mixture, where the micro waves are irradiated for 1-600 seconds at an intensity of 100-2000W; and a step of treating the mixture with ultrasound waves.
