Abstract: 본 발명은 폴리머 필름 및 폴리머 필름의 코팅방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 폴리머 필름의 코팅방법은, 고상의 폴리머 재료에 액상의 용매제가 혼합된 폴리머 용액을 기판 상에 코팅하여 폴리머 필름을 형성하는 제1 단계; 및 상기 기판을 상기 폴리머 재료의 유리전이온도(Tg)보다 높고, 상기 용매제의 끓는점보다 낮은 온도로 소정 시간 동안 가열하는 제2 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2 단계를 거친 상기 폴리머 재료의 무게비는 상기 폴리머 필름의 전체 무게 대비 0.01 내지 10%이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer film and a coating method thereof are provided to reduce adhesive force, frictional force, and abrasion generated from the friction between the polymer film and a differing material. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of a polymer film comprises the following steps: forming the polymer film by coating a polymer solution including a polymer material and a solvent on a substrate(S100a); and heating the polymer film to a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the polymer material, and lowering than the boiling point of the solvent(S200a).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供聚合物膜及其涂布方法，以减少由聚合物膜和不同材料之间的摩擦产生的粘合力，摩擦力和磨损。 构成：聚合物膜的涂布方法包括以下步骤：通过在基材上涂覆包含聚合物材料和溶剂的聚合物溶液来形成聚合物膜（S100a）; 并将聚合物膜加热到高于聚合物材料的玻璃化转变温度的温度，并且比溶剂的沸点低（S200a）。
