Abstract:
본 발명은 Vax 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 신경세포 재생용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 마우스에서 분리한 복측 시상하부(ventral hypothalamus, vHT) 절편체에서 Vax1이 분비되고, 상기 분비된 Vax1이 공동배양한 망막 절편체의 망막신경절세포(retinal ganglion cell, RGC) 축삭(axon)에 존재하는 헤파란 설페이트 프로테오글리칸(heparan sulfate proteoglycans, HSPGs)의 세포외 당 그룹에 결합하여 축삭형질(axonplasm)로 침투한 후, 국소 단백질(local protein) 합성을 활성화하여 망막신경절세포 축삭의 성장을 촉진함을 확인함으로써, 상기 Vax 단백질을 신경세포 재생용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
A light emitting diode and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the efficiency of the light emitting diode by using SiC as a conductive substrate and ZnO as an N-type or P-type semiconductor device located at both sides of the conductive substrate. An N-type semiconductor material, a conductive substrate, and a P-type semiconductor material are laminated to configure a light emitting diode. The conductive substrate functions as an active layer. The N-type semiconductor material and the P-type semiconductor material are protruded to the outside so that a space for patterning a device is not required. Therefore, the overall area of the light emitting diode is used as an effective light emitting region. The conductive substrate has a high thermal conductivity so that heat generated in the light emitting diode easily transferred. Therefore, the lifetime of the light emitting diode is extended.
