Abstract: An apparatus for lysis, electroporation, and activity analysis of cells comprises: a flow path which is extended in one direction, wherein the cross section changes along the extended direction; a first port and a second port which are connected to both end portions of the flow path, respectively and through which an electrolyte solution containing cells flows in and out; a pair of electrodes with a first electrode and a second electrode formed at the first and the second ports, respectively; and an electronic signal forming multiple electric field regions with different electric fields along the flow path by applying the electronic signal to the pair of electrodes.
