    Abstract: PURPOSE: A finger part of double pad structure and a side lasting machine with the finger part are provided to apply uniform force regardless of the shape of a curved surface of a last during lasting work. CONSTITUTION: According to the finger part of pad structure, one pad(43) is rotatably coupled per piston of a cylinder for closely pushing the leather of shoes toward the side surface of a last(46) during side lasting work, and each pad being rotated within a desired region according to the variation of curvature of the last. In Addition, plural different pads(44) are coupled to the end regions of the pad respectively. The pad is able to contact across a wide area of the side surface of the last regardless of the variation of curvature thereof by virtue of double structure as stated above, thereby applying uniform force to the side surface of the last.

    Abstract: A sub-channel allocation apparatus and method in a wireless communication system are provided to reduce a signaling overhead and increase a system throughput by reducing the system overhead. A movement speed measuring unit(501) measures a movement speed of terminals. A resource allocation period determining unit(503) selects each terminal to which sub-channel are to be allocated, and determines a resource allocation period for allocating sub-channels to the terminals. An average data amount calculating unit(505) receives the determined resource allocation period and calculates an average amount of data to be transmitted to each terminal. A resource allocating unit(507) allocates sub-channels such that the average amount of data is satisfied in consideration of channel quality information of the terminals. A transmitting unit(509) generates a control signal according to the sub-channel allocation and transmits it to the terminals.
