Abstract: An impact testing device is provided to apply repetitive impact loads for the test of shear, tension and compression in a small element or product and measure a deformation rate or a strain rate from the test result. First and second grips fix both ends of a sample(7) at one end of each. First and second deformation rate measuring sensors(20,21) measure deformation rate of the sample by using the displacement of the first and second grips. An impact load measuring sensor(3) is connected to the other end of the first grip. An impactor(4) is connected at an end to the other end of the second grip for transmitting an impact load to the sample. A driving part(1) is connected to the other end of the impactor for moving the impactor to apply the impact load to the sample.

Abstract: 본 발명은 충격시험기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 응력과 변형률 측정이 가능한 반복 충격시험기를 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은 시험을 요하는 시편 양단을 각 일단에 고정하는 제 1,2 변형률 측정센서와; 상기 제 1 변형률 측정센서 끝단에 연결된 충격하중 측정센서와; 상기 제 2 변형률 측정센서 끝단에 일측이 연결되어 상기 시편에 충격하중을 전달하는 충격자와; 상기 충격자 타측에 연결되어 상기 충격자가 움직여 상기 시편에 충격하중을 가하는 구동부로 구성되어, 작은 재료나 제품의 전단, 인장 및 압축충격하중시험을 반복충격하중을 줄 수 있으며, 그 결과의 변형률 및 변형률속도나 가속도를 측정할 수 있는 충격시험기에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
