Abstract: PURPOSE: A reinforcement method for a carbon fiber sheet strengthened by a precast panel in a reinforced concrete column is provided to improve the load carrying capacity of a column by increasing the horizontal reinforcement effect by an attached precast panel and a carbon fiber sheet. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcement method for a carbon fiber sheet by a precast panel in a reinforced concrete column comprises the steps of applying adhesives on the surface of the existing column(11), then attaching a precast panel(12), applying adhesives on the precast panel(12) and attaching a carbon fiber plate(13) on the precast panel(12).
