Abstract: The device comprises a first blank holder (51), a second drawing punch (61), a first drawing die (43), a re-drawing die (44), a subsidiary plate, a peripheral pressure controller (42), and a chamber pressure controller (41). The apparatus comprises a stage for forming material (52), by drawing, placed between a first drawing die (43) and a first blank holder (51) by the falling movement of the first drawing die (43) formed on an electric working apparatus; and a step for forming the material (52) with liquid induced drawing by dropping a second drawing punch (61) with pressure from the chamber pressure, which is independently controlled by the chamber pressure controller (41), on the material of the shoulder portion of the second drawing punch (61) after pressing the peripheral pressure, which is independently controlled by the peripheral pressure controller (42) on the material (52).
