Abstract: The present invention relates to a hairpin-type probe for detecting a target material, and a method for detecting the target material using the same. The hairpin-type probe for detecting the target material includes a loop with a target material recognizing portion, and a stem with an aptamer combined to an electrochemical signal material. The hairpin structure of the probe breaks when the probe is mixed with the target material, the signal material is separated from the aptamer to be freely moved to an electrode, and an electrochemical signal generated from the process changes for users to accurately detect the amount of the target material in real time. Abstract: An electrode for a generator of rotating arc and a method for generating the rotating arc are provided to supply current stably on a welding torch by preventing a relative slide about a rotating electrode. An electrode for a generator of rotating arc includes the followings: a rotating electrode(40); a rotating electrode tip(50) connected with the rotating electrode in downside; and an electrode terminal(80) connected the rotating electrode tip electrically. The electrode terminal is connected with one side of the rotating electrode tip through a conductive surface contact.

Abstract: 본 발명은 표적물질 검출용 헤어핀형 프로브(probe) 및 이를 이용한 표적물질 검출방법에 대한 것으로, 특히 표적물질 인식부위를 포함하는 루프(loop)와, 전기화학적 신호물질이 결합된 압타머(aptamer)를 포함하는 스템(stem)으로 이루어진 표적물질 검출용 헤어핀형 프로브를 특징으로 하고, 표적물질과 혼성화시에 헤어핀 구조가 깨짐으로써 상기 신호물질이 압타머로부터 분리되어 전극까지 자유롭게 이동 가능하며, 이에 따라 발생하는 전기화학적 신호의 변화에 의해 표적물질의 양을 실시간으로 정확하게 검출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
