Abstract: A fabric-type semiconductor device package is provided to minimize foreign substances by using a fabric-type printed circuit board made of fabric. Fabric and conductive material formed on the fabric are patterned to form a fabric-type printed circuit board(100) including a lead part(110). An electrode part(210) of a semiconductor device(200) is bonded to the lead part of the fabric-type printed circuit board. The fabric-type printed circuit board and the semiconductor device are sealed by a molding part(300). The electrode part of the semiconductor device can be wire-bonded to the lead part of the fabric-type printed circuit board by a wire(220).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fabric type input device is provided to be formed by using fabric that is patterned with a conductive material in order to minimize foreign body sensation. CONSTITUTION: A fabric electrode unit(100) includes fabrics(101a,103a) and lead patterns(101b,103b) at which a conductive material is formed through patterning. The first fabric electrode faces the second fabric electrode. At a fabric substrate(110), the first fabric electrode is distanced from the second fabric electrode. A connection hole(111) is formed on the fabric substrate in order for each lead pattern to be connected with each other. A control unit(120) supplies an input signal to the fabric electrode and senses the supplied input signal.

The fabric type PCB includes a fabric(111), and a row and column lines(113,115) that are formed through the patterning of a conductive material on the fabric. The light emitting device contacts with one side of the low and column lines, and the semiconductor device controls the on/off operation of the light emitting device by connecting the other side of the low and column lines.
