Abstract: A cation exchange membrane fuel cell is provided to increase the contact area of the fuel flowing into the upper fuel channel of a membrane electrode assembly and the air flowing into the lower air channel, thereby improving the uniformity of local current density distribution and temperature distribution and preventing the thermal twisting of a battery. A cation exchange membrane fuel cell comprises an upper separator(10) where a short upper shoulder(12) and a long upper shoulder(14) are formed alternatively; a lower separator(24) where a long lower shoulder(18) corresponding to the short upper shoulder and a short lower shoulder(20) corresponding to the long upper shoulder are formed alternatively; and a membrane electrode assembly(26) where the upward inclination and the downward inclination are formed alternatively and which is formed between the upper separator and the lower separator.
