Abstract: An automatic and manual damper is provided that the displacement is made by using the voice coil motor and it is possible for the low-frequency damping and being lowered at the resonance point. An automatic and manual damper comprises a plurality of manual dampers(15) comprised of the phase consisting of the metal material, and the lower plate, and the elastic body damping the frequency of the high frequency substitution, an automatic damper which is connected in parallel with the manual damper and comprised of one or more voice coil motors(51) damping the frequency of the low side, and acceleration sensors(53a, 53b).
