Abstract: PURPOSE: A prisoner community system using a blog is provided to upload all types of writing and scanning images between a prisoner and an authenticated person. CONSTITUTION: A prisoner terminal(10) receives the personal information of a prisoner. A subscriber terminal(20) receives the personal information of a subscriber. A blog server(50) inputs and outputs the information which is posted to the blog through a prisoner terminal or the subscriber terminal. According tot eh inputted personal information, a management server(40) connects the prisoner terminal or the subscriber terminal to a blog portal site. If the blog is searched in the blog portal site, the management server displays a search result.
