Abstract: 본 발명은 바륨페라이트와 바인더 수지를 혼합하여 전자파 흡수재를 제작한 후 이 전자파 흡수재가 자성을 갖도록 하여 강판에 쉽게 탈부착이 가능하도록 한 전자파 흡수 패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전자파 흡수재 제조방법은 (a) 페라이트(ferrite)와 바인더(binder) 수지를 혼합하는 단계와; (b) 상기 혼합된 페라이트(ferrite)와 바인더(binder) 수지를 경화시켜 전자파 흡수재를 제작하는 단계와; (c) 상기 전자파 흡수재를 자기장 발생 영역에 투입하여 자화시키는 단계와; (d) 상기 전자파 흡수재를 자력(磁力)으로 베이스 플레이트에 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electromagnetic wave absorbing panel is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by enabling an electromagnetic wave absorbing material to be easily attached and detached at steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A base plate (2) is formed with a metallic material. An electromagnetic wave absorbing material (3) is comprised of a mixture. The mixture is comprised of ferrite and binder resin. The electromagnetic wave absorbing material has magnetism through a magnetization process. The electromagnetic wave absorbing material is adhered to the base plate by magnetic force.
