Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas sensor consuming low electric power. In particular, according to the present invention, electric power, consumed for the operation of a sensing material for sensing certain gas, is minimized. According to the present invention, the gas sensor can significantly reduce electric power consumed for the operation of the sensing material by minimizing electric power consumed by a substrate. Moreover, the gas sensor is manufactured in the form of a chip package and thus can be used for portable devices.
