Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for inactivating Ralstonia sp. microorganism gene is provided to enable genetic study of the microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector contains: sacB gene encoding evansucrase of Bacillus subtilis, a selective marker, a base sequence for selective marker removal; and a sequence for homology recombination. The recombinant vector additionally contains origin of replication. The recombinant vector additionally contains a gene which enables DNA transition by hybridization between cells. The selective marker exists between the sequences causing homology recombination with a target gene.

Abstract translation: 目的：灭活Ralstonia sp。 提供微生物基因以实现微生物的遗传研究。 构成：重组载体含有：编码枯草芽孢杆菌的evansucrase的sacB基因，选择性标记，用于选择性标记去除的碱基序列; 和同源重组序列。 重组载体另外含有复制起点。 重组载体另外含有通过细胞之间的杂交使DNA转换的基因。 在引起与靶基因的同源重组的序列之间存在选择性标记。
