Abstract: A sound system, a sound reproducing device, a sound reproducing method, a monitor mounting a speaker, and a portable phone mounting the speaker are provided to increase a relative difference of the sound pressure according to the area in a sound space by obtaining the optimal sound source signal in a listening area by grasping a transfer function in consideration of the characteristic of the sound space. A sound system includes a sound source unit(100), a sensor, a signal generator(300), and a signal analyzer(400). The sound source unit is comprised of a first speaker, a second speaker, and a multi channel audio amplifier(120). The multi channel audio amplifier drives the first speaker and the second speaker. The first sound source signal is inputted to the first speaker. The second sound source signal is inputted to the second speaker. The controller controls the size and the phase of the first and second sound source signals so that the level of the sound pressure in the selected listening area is larger than the area except for the listening area. The multi channel signal generator gives the individual sound source signal synchronized in each speaker through the multi channel audio amplifier of the sound source.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for playing an acoustic sound is provided to increase acoustic contrast between different areas as well as the size of a sound pressure level corresponding to acoustic brightness. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for playing an acoustic sound comprises a sound source part, a sensing part(200), a signal generating part(300), a signal analysis part(400). The sound source part is composed of a plurality of the speakers(110) corresponding to a plurality of sound sources and a multi-channel audio amplifier(120) which drives a speaker. The sensing part is composed of a plurality of microphones(210) which are arranged at every area where a sound is transferred or not. The signal generating part is composed of a multi channel signal generator(310) which gives each sound source signal synchronized in each speaker through the multi channel audio amplifier of the sound source part. The signal analysis part is composed of a multi channel signal analyzer(410) which transfers information to the multi channel signal generator of the signal generating part by determining a proper sound source signal.
