Abstract: 본발명은기존의페라이트스테인리스강에비해고온내취화성이향상된초내식성스테인리스강에관한것으로보다상세하게는기존의페라이트스테인리스강에비해고온에서취성을촉진시키는합금원소인몰리브덴(Mo)의함량을낮추고대신몰리브덴(Mo)과유사한특성을지니면서내취화성을향상시키는원소인텅스텐(W)을첨가한것을특징으로한다. 본발명의페라이트스테인리스강은철(Fe)을주성분으로하여크롬(Cr) 26.0∼30 wt%, 텅스텐(W) 2.0∼6.0 wt%, 니오븀(Nb) 0.10∼0.30 wt%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 2.0 wt% 이하, 규소(Si) 0.5 wt% 이하, 망간(Mn) 0.5 wt% 이하, 인(P) 0.02 wt% 이하, 황(S) 0.01 % 이하, 탄소(C) 0.01 wt% 이하, 질소(N) 0.02 wt% 이하, C+N은 0.025 wt% 이하로조성하고진공유도용해등의방법을이용하여주괴(ingot)를제조하고이 주괴를균질화처리하고열간압연한후 용체화처리하고다시상온에서냉간압연한후 고온에서다시용체화하고급냉하여초내식성페라이트스테인리스강을제조한다. 본발명은핏팅부식성, 응력부식저항성및 내취화성이우수하여발전소, 펄프산업, 석유화학등에활용이기대된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ferrite stainless steel is provided to achieve a high resistance against pitting corrosion and stress corrosion, and superior embrittlement resistance. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite stainless steel is composed of Fe as a main component, 25.0 to 30 weight% Cr, 2.0 to 6.0 weight% W, 0.10 to 0.30 weight% Nb, 0 to 2.0 weight% Mo, 0.5 weight% or less Si, 0.5 weight% or less Mn, 0.02 weight% or less P, 0.01 weight% or less S, o.o1 weight% or less C, 0.02 weight% or less N, and 0.025 weight% C+N. As compared with a conventional stainless steel, Mo content is reduced while W is added in order to improve embrittlement resistance.
