Abstract: PURPOSE: An IP-based IOT browsing technology and network relay technology based heterogeneous network relay device, a method thereof, and a user terminal using the same are provided to use data commonly applied to sensor nodes through an internet having available resource. CONSTITUTION: An IP(Internet Protocol) search unit(110) searches for an IP address of a sensor node(310). If a communication performing request is received from a user terminal(200), a fixed contents supply unit(130) supplies data commonly applied to sensor nodes to the user terminal. A communication relay unit(120) transmits a signal requesting sensing data of the sensor node to the sensor node through a first network. The communication relay unit transmits a response signal to the user terminal.
