Abstract: 본 발명은 레졸형 페놀수지를 이용한 페놀수지-층상실리케이트 나노복합체의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조되는 박리형 페놀수지-층상실리케이트 나노복합체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 수용성 레졸형 페놀수지 용액에 과량의 물을 가하여 수득한 고형의 레졸형 페놀수지와 변성 층상실리케이트와 혼련하고, 열처리하여 박리형 페놀수지-층상실리케이트 나노복합체를 제조하는 방법 및 그로부터 제조되는 페놀수지-층상실리케이트 나노복합체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 변성된 층상 실리케이트와 페놀수지의 하이드록시기와 반응하여 층상 실리케이트가 완전히 박리되어 페놀수지 내로 분산되는 바, 적은 양의 실리케이트를 포함하면서도 현저하게 향상된 물성을 보이는 박리형 페놀수지-층상 실리케이트 나노복합체를 제조할 수 있게 되었다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a phenol resin-layered silicate nanocomposite by using a resol type phenol resin and the phenol resin-layered silicate nanocomposite therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a phenol resin-layered silicate nanocomposite by using a resol type phenol resin comprises the steps of adding water to a water-soluble resol type phenol resin solution to precipitate the resol type phenol resin, followed by drying the precipitation to obtain solid phenol resin; separately, absorbing a layered silicate with an absorbing compound for modification; and kneading the solid phenol resin with the modified layered silicate, followed by thermal treatment to obtain a phenol resin-layered silicate nanocomposite.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过使用甲阶型酚醛树脂和酚醛树脂层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料来生产酚醛树脂层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的方法。 构成：使用甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂生产酚醛树脂层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的方法包括以下步骤：向水溶性甲阶型酚醛树脂溶液中加入水以沉淀甲阶酚醛树脂，然后将沉淀干燥 得到固体酚醛树脂; 分别吸收具有用于改性的吸收化合物的层状硅酸盐; 并将固体酚醛树脂与改性层状硅酸盐捏合，然后进行热处理，得到酚醛树脂层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料。
