Abstract: A JPEG 2000 steganography apparatus and a method thereof for minimizing the change of the code block noise variance predicting the change of the code block noise variance are provided to prevent the detection by steganalysis based on HHT(Hilbert-Huang Transform) by inserting a message. An image encoding unit(100) generates bit stream by encoding the image data. A code block predicting unit(200) inputs the bit stream. The code block estimator produces the low-precision code block dispersion and low coarse code block noise variance about each code block. The code block estimator produces the order of the layer. An order weight calculator(300) inputs the calculated return value. The order weight calculator produces the order weighted value by using the return value which is input. A message processor(400) inserts and extracts the bit stream.

Abstract: 본 발명은 JPEG2000 스테가노그라피에 관한 것으로, 코드블록 노이즈 분산의 변화를 최소화하는 JPEG2000 스테가노그라피 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 코드블록 노이즈 분산의 변화를 최소화하는 JPEG2000 스테가노그라피 장치에 있어서, 이미지 데이터를 부호화하여 비트 스트림을 생성하는 이미지 부호화부와, 이미지 부호화부로부터 생성된 비트 스트림을 입력으로 받고, 각 코드블록에 대하여 메시지 삽입시 발생할 수 있는 코드블록 노이즈 분산의 변화를 산출하며, 레이어의 순서를 산출하는 코드블록 예측부와, 코드블록 예측부에 의해 산출된 결과값을 입력으로 받고, 그 입력받은 결과값을 이용하여 순서 가중치를 산출하는 순서 가중치 산출부와, 순서 가중치 산출부에서 산출한 순서 가중치에 따라 메시지를 삽입 또는 추출하는 메시지 처리부와, 이미지 부호화부, 코드블록 예측부, 순서 가중치 산출부 및 메시지 처리부를 중앙제어하는 제어부; 를 포함한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 코드블록 노이즈 분산의 변화를 예측하고, 코드블록 노이즈 분산의 변화를 최소화하는 효과가 있다.
