Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for alarming approach to a vehicle is provided to prevent speeding by informing a driver of the approach risk of a vehicle by controlling the light state of a lighting unit by detecting the speed of a vehicle approaching road or neighboring road. CONSTITUTION: A device for alarming approach to a vehicle comprises a vehicle detecting unit(10), a speed measuring unit(20), a control unit(30), a lighting unit(40), and a power supply unit(50). The vehicle detecting unit detects a vehicle approaching speed pump. The speed measuring unit measures the speed of an approaching vehicle. The control unit controls the lighting unit depending on the speed of the approaching vehicle using the output of the vehicle detecting unit and the speed measuring unit. LED is buried at the hole formed on the speed bump and the lighting unit alarms an approaching vehicle.
