Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro pump and operation method thereof are provided to perform pumping without a valve by connecting a deformation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A micro pump comprises a fluid intake pipe(10), a pumping pipe(20), a deformation pipe(30), a fluid discharge pipe(40), and a piezoelectric actuator(50). The pumping pipe is connected to the fluid intake pipe and supplies discharging force to around. The deformation pipe is connected to the pumping pipe and deformed through the intake force and the discharging force of the pumping pipe. The fluid discharge pipe is connected to the deformation pipe and discharges fluid. The piezoelectric actuator applies external signals to the pumping pipe.
