Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramic composite material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent different ceramic particles from forming secondary phases by adjusting the particle sizes of the ceramic particles before performing a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic composite material comprises a sintered substance in which different ceramic particles are uniformly dispersed. The different ceramic particles contain different ceramic components and have different particle sizes. The formation of secondary phases is rarely occurred in the different ceramic particles. A method for manufacturing a ceramic composite material comprises the steps: adjusting each particle size of different ceramic particles containing different ceramic components; forming a slurry by dispersing and mixing the ceramic particles in a solvent; forming ceramic composite powder by removing the solvent from the slurry; and forming a ceramic composite material by sintering the ceramic composite powder.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种陶瓷复合材料及其制造方法，通过在进行烧结工序之前调整陶瓷粒子的粒径，防止不同的陶瓷粒子形成二次相。 构成：陶瓷复合材料包括其中不同陶瓷颗粒均匀分散的烧结物质。 不同的陶瓷颗粒含有不同的陶瓷组分并具有不同的粒度。 在不同的陶瓷颗粒中很少发生二次相的形成。 一种制造陶瓷复合材料的方法包括以下步骤：调节包含不同陶瓷组分的不同陶瓷颗粒的每个颗粒尺寸; 通过将陶瓷颗粒分散和混合在溶剂中形成浆料; 通过从浆料中除去溶剂来形成陶瓷复合粉末; 并通过烧结陶瓷复合粉末形成陶瓷复合材料。
