Abstract: PURPOSE: A forging device for asymmetric axial type products is provided to form a product in an asymmetrical shape or having an odd number of symmetrical planes in cross section using a flexible jig. CONSTITUTION: A forging device for asymmetric axial type products comprises a material(111), a pair of holders(112), a pair of holder supports(113), a forming tool(114) which is formed at the top of the material to forge the material, a flexible jig(115) which is transformed according to the bottom shape of the material and disperses the load of the material during the forging process, a flexible jig support table(116) which is formed at the bottom of the flexible jig, and a moving frame(117) which is moved up and down while supporting the holder supports. The moving frame has an opening through which the flexible jig protrudes and contacts the bottom of the material.

Abstract: 본 발명은 비대칭 축류형 제품의 단조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 단조 가공을 위한 소재, 상기 소재의 양측을 고정하기 위한 한 쌍의 홀더, 상기 홀더의 각 일측에 구비되어 상기 홀더를 지지하기 위한 한 쌍의 홀더 지지대, 상기 소재의 상부에 구비되며 상기 소재를 단조 가공하기 위한 성형공구, 상기 소재의 하부에 구비되며 단조 가공시 상기 소재의 하부 형상에 따라 변형되고 상기 소재의 하중을 분산시켜 상기 소재의 하부 형상을 유지하기 위한 유연지그, 상기 유연지그의 하부에 구비되는 유연지그 지지 테이블 및 상기 유연지그 지지 테이블 상부에 구비되고 상기 홀더 지지대를 받치며 상?하로 이동되는 이동 프레임;을 포함하며, 상기 이동 프레임은 상기 유연지그가 돌출되어 상기 소재의 하부와 맞닿을 수 있도록 일정형상의 개구부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
