Abstract: The method comprises of (i) preparing the sintered body consisting of major element of zinc oxide and a small amount of antimony oxide, cobalt oxide manganese oxide and chromium oxide by sintering at 1200-1350 deg.C for 1 hour, (ii) coating surface of the sintered body with metal oxide embrocation obtained by mixing bismuth oxide and at least one of lead oxide, zinc oxide and borax, and (iii) heat treating the metal oxide at 1000-1200 deg.C for 1-2 hours to diffuse it into grain boundary of the sintered body.

Abstract translation: 该方法包括：（i）通过在1200-1350℃烧结1小时制备由氧化锌主要成分和少量氧化锑，氧化钴氧化锰和氧化铬组成的烧结体，（ii）涂层 通过将氧化铋和氧化铅，氧化锌和硼砂中的至少一种混合而获得的金属氧化物钎焊的烧结体表面，和（iii）在1000-1200℃下热处理金属氧化物1-2小时以扩散 它变成烧结体的晶界。
