Abstract: PURPOSE: A meaning based service search method in the mobile ad-hoc environment, a search server and an apparatus thereof are provided to search with expandability based on all kinds of mobile-related services in meaning by proceeding an efficient service advertisement and a search through a multi-level bloom filter and a service information deterioration method. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal requests a service in a search server(S601). A service information transformation unit changes service information into compact multi-bit information(S603). The service information transformation unit creates one transformation service information based on meaning with combination of the multi-bit information(S605). A service advertisement unit unites the service information(S607). The service advertisement unit advertises the service information to entire nodes(S609).
