Abstract: PURPOSE: A biocompatible biopolymer actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to combine carbon nano particles with biopolymers, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composite layer includes a carbon nano particle and biopolymer. The nano particle is selected from a carbon nano tube, grapheme, and carbon nano fiber. The nano particle is selected from a group made with fullerene and fullerenol. The thickness of the polymer composite layer is 10 to 500μm.
