Abstract:
PURPOSE: Nanostructures using a pelecypoda shell and manufacturing method are provided to make the separation and collection of the metal oxide 1D nanostructure easy and to enable the method to be used as the source technology of 1D nanostructure basic materials industries as the method of environment-friendly and low cost for the processing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal oxide 1 D(one-dimensional) nanostructure dips the metal oxide in a pelecypoda and treats by heating using the metal oxide as precursor. Heat treatment dips the metal oxide inside the pelecypoda and heat-treats at 500-900°C for 4~13 hours. Metal oxide includes one selected from the group consisting of tantalum(Ta), chrome(Cr), manganese(Mn), zirconium(Zr), arsenic(As), titania(Ti), tungsten(W) and molybdenum(Mo).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A calcium carbonate thin film including a fine structured pattern, a method for manufacturing the same, and uses of the same are provided to economically manufacture the calcium carbonate thin film using a simple synthesis apparatus and a synthesis method and to be applied to a biomaterial filed including a biosensor and a biocompatible material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a calcium carbonate thin film including a fin structured pattern obtains the thin film by mixing water with one or more which are selected from thermally heated shell and a calcium oxide group. The thermally shell is obtained by thermally treating shell at 600-900°C for 10 minutes-48 hours. The calcium oxide is obtained by thermally treating the calcium carbonate at 600-900°C for 10 minutes-48 hours.
