    Abstract: Disclosed is a bio-simulation method using a bio-simulation program using at least one cell-object, a cell-environment, and a bio-simulation regulation. In the method, a biological state which each cell-object expresses is determined by the cell-regulation corresponding to the cell-object. Each cell-regulation is embedded in the bio-simulation program with a DLL shape. Also, the cell-regulations are linked to GRN corresponding to the state of the cell-object. The GRN linked to each cell-regulation is replaced by different GRN according to the state change of the cell-object for network rewiring according to the state change of the cell-object.

    Abstract: The disclosed biosimulation method initiates a biosimulation by using one or more cell-objects, cell-environments, and biosimulation rules. A life-cycle which each cell-object represents is determined by a corresponding cell-rule. The method includes temporarily stopping the biosimulation by receiving a user interrupt; changing one or more corresponding cell-rules by receiving a user code; and reflecting the changed cell-rule to the biosimulation by using an embedded compiler included in a biosimulation program and compiling the user codes.
