Abstract:
본 발명에 따른 약물방출 풍선 카테터는 풍선 표면에 약물봉입 미세입자 및 생체적합성 고분자가 순차적 및 반복적으로 다층 코팅된 약물방출 풍선 카테터로서, 혈액의 정상 산도인 pH 7.4에서 가장 높은 약물방출량을 나타내고, 혈관 내에서 시술 부위까지 이동하는 동안 약물의 손실이 거의 없으며, 시술 부위에서 풍선 카테터를 팽창시킴으로써 부위 특이적(site-specific)으로 단시간 내에 약물을 다량 방출할 수 있고, 원하는 시술부위에서 풍선을 팽창시켰을 때 초기 약물 방출량이 매우 우수하므로, 관상동맥 질환 및 협착성 질환의 시술용 기구로 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A dispersible carbon nanotube-polymer complex is provided to improve interfacial adhesion between the dispersible carbon nanotube and polymer. CONSTITUTION: A dispersible carbon contains carbon nanotube backbone and one or more organic moiety with C6-C14 aromatic functional group having one or more hydroxy group. A method for preparing the dispersible carbon nanotube-polymer complex comprises: a step of introducing the organic moiety to carbon nanotube backbone to form dispersible carbon nanotube; and a step of mixing the dispersible carbon nanotube and polymer.

PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube bulk is provided to resolve weak binding force of conventional carbon nano tube bulk material and ensure very high intensity. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube bulk material(100) contains carbon nano tubes(110) forming matrix and polymer binder(120) inserted between the carbon nano tubes. The polymer binder contains: a polymer backbone, and one or more organic moiety which is grafted at the end or side of the polymer backbone. The matrix is carbon nano tube aerosol of fiber or sheet. The polymer binder is contained in 1-100 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of carbon nano tubes.

A stereocomplexed poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) multi-block copolymer is provided to ensure biodegradation property and temperature sensitivity, and to show a sol-gel phase transition phenomenon in specific concentration. A stereocomplexed poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) multi-block copolymer comprises the steps of: polymerizing D-lactic acid or L-lactic acid low polymers which are mutual isomers, to both ends of a poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) polymer represented by chemical formula (I) to prepare a polymer represented by chemical formula (II); and polymerizing the polymer represented by chemical formula (II) to prepare a represented by chemical formula (III). In chemical formulae, x is 10~1,000; y is 10~1,700; n is 2~100; and m is an integer of 2~10.

PURPOSE: A chemical eluting balloon catheter multilayer-coated with chemical sealing fine particles and polymer and a method for preparing the same are provided to minimize the loss of chemical while transferring from a blood vessel to a surgical region. CONSTITUTION: A chemical eluting balloon catheter includes chemical sealing fine particles and biocompatible polymer. The fine particles and the polymer are multilayer coated on the surface of the balloon catheter. The diameters of the fine particles are less than or equal to 5um. The polymer is one or more selected from heparin, recombinant heparin, heparin derivative, heparin analogue, human serum albumin, hyaluronic acid, chitosan, alginic acid, deoxyribonucleic acid, ribonucleic acid, poly(ethylene glycol), poly(L-lactic acid), poly(glycolic acid), poly(D,L- lactic acid-co-glycolic acid), poly(carprolactone), poly(urethane), poly(amide), polymethylmethacrylate, and poly(acrylic acid). A chemical elution adjusting membrane is further coated on the uppermost layer of the multilayered coating.
