Abstract: A cyclodextrin is prepd. by putting raw starch, attrition milling material (I) and cyclodextrin glucosyl transferase (II) into the attrition milling bioreactor, under stirring. The (I) is selected from stainless steel bead, glass bead, ceramic bead etc.. The (II) is derived from Bacillus sp.. The yield of cyclodextrin is high.

Abstract translation: 环糊精是制备的。 通过将生淀粉，研磨磨料（I）和环糊精葡糖基转移酶（II）在搅拌下倒入研磨生物反应器中。 （I）选自不锈钢珠，玻璃珠，陶瓷珠等。（II）衍生自芽孢杆菌属。环糊精的产率高。
