Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for visualizing a primo vessel in a spinal cord is provided to efficiently visualize the primo vessel in the spinal cord by directly injecting samples to the spinal cord using intrathecal injection. CONSTITUTION: A sample is injected with in-situ and in-vivo(S601). Laminectomy is performed to remove a part of a vertebral arch which surrounds a spinal cord(S602). The spinal cord without the part of the vertebral arch is firstly observed by a microscope(S603). The nucleus of the primo vessel is dyed with DAPI(4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole)(S604). A sample dyed with DAPI is secondly observed by a fluorescent microscope(S605). The primo vessel in the spinal vessel is thirdly observed with high magnification(S606). Abstract: 본 발명은 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관의 가시화 방법에 관한 것으로, 척수 내 프리모관의 가시화 방법은 척수 내에 시료를 주입하여 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 염색하는 시료주입 단계; 를 포함하며, 그로 인해 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 효과적으로 가시화하는 기술을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 척수 내 프리모관 가시화 방법은 시료 주입 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 뇌의 손상을 방지하는 효과가 있으며, 실험과정이 종래의 방법보다 신속하고 간편하다.
또한, 척추관 주사를 통해 시료가 척수에 직접 주입되므로 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 신속하게 염색하여 가시화할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
아울러, 소량의 시료만으로도 척수 내에 존재하는 프리모관을 염색할 수 있다는 경제적인 효과가 있다.
