본 발명은 LIN28A 메틸화 억제제를 포함하는 줄기세포 전능화 조절용 조성물 및 LIN28A 메틸화 억제제를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 Set7/9에 의해 메틸화 되는 LIN28A 135번째 라이신의 메틸화를 제어하는 억제제를 포함하는 줄기세포 전능화 조절용 또는 암 치료용 조성물 및 상기 억제제를 스크리닝하는 방법으로, 상기 스크리닝 방법은 (a) 후보물질을 LIN28A 유전자가 도입된 세포에 접촉시키는 단계 (b) LIN28A의 135번째 라이신의 메틸화 수준을 측정하는 단계 및 (c) LIN28A의 135번째 라이신의 메틸화를 제어하는 억제제를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 배아줄기세포 전분화능 조절용 조성물 또는 항암 조성물 및 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 배아줄기세포의 전분화능을 조절할 수 있는 물질 또는 항암활성이 있는 물질을 효과적으로 스크리닝 할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 방법에 의해 스크리닝된 억제제는 배아줄기세포의 전분화능을 조절하고, 암세포의 성장을 억제하여 줄기세포 분화 장애 또는 암 치료제 제조에 효과적이다.
Abstract:
A noise elimination method for maximizing an SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio) for a wireless communication system is provided to receive a signal having a small error by considering even interference of other users in downlink of the wireless communication system, thereby realizing better noise elimination performance. A reception signal including an intrinsic code allocated to a user is received. Linear transformation is carried out with an inverse matrix of covariance of white noise and an interference signal source for maximizing an SINR. Noise is eliminated from the reception signal by using the corresponding user's intrinsic code, the inverse matrix of the covariance of the white noise, and the interference signal source.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for adjusting a pluripotent stem cell including an LIN28A methylation inhibitor and to a method for screening the LIN28A methylation inhibitor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for treating cancer or adjusting a pluripotent embryonic stem cell including an inhibitor which controls the methylation of LIN28A 135th lysine which is methylated by Set7/9 and to a method for screening the inhibitor. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) making a candidate material touch a cell in which an LIN28A gene is introduced; (b) measuring the methylation level of the 135th lysine of LIN28A; and (c) selecting an inhibitor which controls the methylation of the 135th lysine of LIN28A. By means of the method of the present invention, a material which can adjust a pluripotent embryonic stem cell or a material having anticancer activities can be effectively screened. The inhibitor screened by means of the method of the present invention adjusts a pluripotent embryonic stem cell and controls the growth of a cancer cell, thereby being effective in producing an agent for treating cancer or stem cell differentiation disorders.

PURPOSE: An optical trapping device using plasmonic nanoantennas is provided to form nano-size optical trapping potential, thereby safely and effectively trapping damageable biological particles or particles with low refractive index compared with surrounding materials (fluid). CONSTITUTION: An optical trapping device (1) captures microparticles contained in a fluid (3) by irradiating the fluid by a laser (15). The optical trapping device comprises: a glass (30) containing the fluid; a microparticle trapping laser generator (10) which generates a laser which penetrates the glass and irradiates the fluid; and a nanoantenna (20) which forms a nano-size optical potential well through the laser and captures the microparticles. The nanoantenna is placed on the glass.
